What you will do

• Lead high-value AI implementation programs from scoping to deployment for major insurance carriers.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to secure renewals and mitigate churn risk.
• Define and report on key business value metrics (ROI, cost reduction) to ensure deep platform adoption.
• Lead QBRs and EBRs with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to align platform capabilities with corporate goals.
• Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities to drive upsell pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to steer the AI roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in the insurance industry (P&C, Life, Commercial, etc.) or as a digital transformation consultant for tier-1 carriers.
• Deep understanding of core insurance operations, such as claims processing, underwriting, and policy administration.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder delivery engagements and project governance.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives (VPs, COOs).
• Strong analytical and logical aptitude to map software integrations and automation to operational workflows.
• Experience in post-implementation value tracking, including defining ROI and throughput gains.
