What you will do

• Lead and support enhancements to the Anaplan financial planning platform, including model builds and data integrations.
• Support the monthly financial close process, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and variance commentary.
• Own and maintain the weekly cash forecast model, consolidating inputs and communicating updates to leadership.
• Develop and maintain the Board of Directors deck, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial narratives.
• Prepare executive-level financial summaries, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards.
• Execute ad hoc financial analysis and assist with special projects such as system implementations or corporate development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining financial models using Excel and Anaplan.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and operations principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration highly preferred.
• Must be based in the US (Boston, MA or Houston, TX)

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Anaplan model building or administration.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM-integrated financial analysis.
• Prior experience supporting a SaaS or software company.
• Familiarity with M&A, capital raises, or due diligence processes.
