hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud platform and Tavily, a search engine designed to power RAG and real-time reasoning for AI agents.

What you will do

  • Plan and manage end-to-end tradeshow and event logistics, including booth design, shipping, and staffing.
  • Maintain the annual events calendar and manage budgets for 10–20 events per year.
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee pre-show promotions and manage post-show lead handoff to the sales team.
  • Track event performance metrics and report on the impact on the sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and event organizers.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana or Monday.com.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot for lead tracking.
