What you will do

• Serve as the technical DRI for select early access features with customers, providing deeper product expertise during alpha phases.
• Engage directly with enterprise and business customers to understand workflows, constraints, and adoption barriers, translating them into structured product insights.
• Drive scaled testing to produce signals on product-market fit, quality, and hero use cases for launch decisions.
• Partner with GTM and readiness teams to translate learnings into positioning, enablement materials, rollout guidance, and internal education.
• Own the end-to-end Early Access lifecycle from intake and readiness through customer onboarding, execution, and post-program synthesis.
• Build scalable systems for early access including intake, customer selection, readiness gates, feedback capture, reporting, and launch recommendations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or technical operations within a B2B SaaS or platform environment
• Strong AI fluency and active use of AI-driven workflows
• Ability to serve as technical DRI in customer-facing settings with enterprise customers
• Experience designing and operating structured early access, alpha, or staged rollout programs
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS systems, readiness requirements, compliance, and rollout strategies
• Strong cross-functional influence aligning Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, GTM, and Support
