What you will do

• Lead cross-functional operational programs to improve scalability, consistency, and operational maturity across IT.
• Drive operational excellence across IT Support, employee lifecycle operations, and research support environments.
• Build operating models, readiness plans, escalation paths, and success metrics for complex operational programs.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure infrastructure investments and internal platforms are operationally ready and sustainably supported.
• Manage high-priority initiatives supporting company growth, including infrastructure expansion and operational integrations.
• Own the intake, prioritization, and completion of operational work originating from cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Experience building and scaling operational processes, service models, and operating frameworks.
• Strong track record of improving internal operations or large-scale service-oriented programs.
• Ability to drive prioritization and alignment across multiple teams with competing demands.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical partners.
• Must be based in San Francisco, USA
