Salary: $148,700 – $231,400 USD

What you will do

• Drive high-ambiguity programs involving multiple customer and stakeholder groups.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to solve critical business problems.
• Identify strategic opportunities and determine program feasibility and long-term impact.
• Collaborate with other TPMs to define and improve best practices across the company.
• Oversee user-facing tools like AutoMod and Shield Mode, as well as enforcement system updates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a TPM or Engineering Manager.
• Proven ability to work directly with ICs on designing solutions and understanding problem spaces.
• Experience working with executives to drive clarity and deliver results on complex programs.
• Deep understanding of when to introduce process and when to avoid it.
• Passion for working in a mission-driven organization.
