Location: Remote (United States); US Midwest Central Time Zone preferred. Hybrid options available in Palo Alto, NY, or Charlotte.

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of client success professionals to deliver predictable results across the US Midwest and West.
- Develop portfolio strategies to optimize account assignments and ensure measurable client outcomes.
- Manage retention and support growth for enterprise legal accounts, driving renewal accuracy.
- Build executive-level relationships in key accounts to act as a trusted advisor.
- Lead escalation management for high-risk client situations to ensure urgent resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align account goals and accelerate product adoption.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in client success or account management leadership within professional services or the legal industry.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams of at least 10 people.
- Strong track record of driving retention and growth for enterprise accounts.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel 20–30% of the year for client and team engagements.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Familiarity with the product suite.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and legal practice management systems.
- Background working in a publicly traded, growth-stage software company.
