TL;DR

Director Client Success (Legal): Leading a team of client success professionals to ensure high-value outcomes for enterprise legal accounts with an accent on retention, growth, and strategic account management. Focus on scaling high-performing teams, driving product adoption, and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.

Location: Remote (United States); US Midwest Central Time Zone preferred. Hybrid options available in Palo Alto, NY, or Charlotte.

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of client success professionals to deliver predictable results across the US Midwest and West.
  • Develop portfolio strategies to optimize account assignments and ensure measurable client outcomes.
  • Manage retention and support growth for enterprise legal accounts, driving renewal accuracy.
  • Build executive-level relationships in key accounts to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead escalation management for high-risk client situations to ensure urgent resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align account goals and accelerate product adoption.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in client success or account management leadership within professional services or the legal industry.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams of at least 10 people.
  • Strong track record of driving retention and growth for enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel 20–30% of the year for client and team engagements.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the hirify.global product suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and legal practice management systems.
  • Background working in a publicly traded, growth-stage software company.
