What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise-wide strategy for the OM Innovations platform.
• Lead end-to-end product roadmaps and releases across multiple agile teams.
• Act as a player-coach, performing hands-on architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Manage and mentor engineering and product teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Partner with stakeholders to align product vision with engineering delivery.
• Oversee platform stability, operational excellence, and cloud architecture optimization.

Requirements

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Python, .NET, ASP.NET, React, and MVC.
• Deep knowledge of modern architecture patterns including microservices and microfrontends.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (GCP/AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software products.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in supply chain, healthcare, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with ERP and system integration ecosystems.
