Salary: $142,375 - $192,625

What you will do

• Lead Cyber Domain Delivery efforts and establish technical roadmaps for mission outcomes.
• Align product roadmaps with mission needs and provide feedback to the Product segment regarding features and adoption.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads to create aligned delivery roadmaps using product insights.
• Manage priorities across users, stakeholders, and teams to deliver scalable mission value.
• Support the contracting process for starting, continuing, or scaling work with Mission Heroes.
• Mentor and coach team members in accordance with company values and principles.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proficiency in DevSecOps, Continuous Delivery, and User-Centered Design.
• Ability to translate pain points into root cause problems and actionable delivery roadmaps.
• Technical depth to understand and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders and teams.
• Passion for software delivery within the tech industry or Department of Defense.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Location in the San Antonio, TX area.
• Expertise in Value Stream Architecture and various Agile frameworks.
• Experience in offensive or defensive military cybersecurity operations.
• Familiarity with Program Management Offices, DoD acquisitions, and government finances.
