What you will do

  • Define and own the product strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap for the Precision product.
  • Build solutions to improve personalization and campaign effectiveness for patients, providers, and pharma advertisers.
  • Develop business cases and market-facing value propositions to drive commercial growth.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation to launch and scaling.
  • Champion modern product practices including continuous discovery and data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external partners and pharma clients to conduct product discovery and ensure ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior IC leadership.
  • Experience scaling B2B products in healthcare technology, digital health, or martech/adtech.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare personalization, audience segmentation, and privacy-safe activation.
  • Proven track record of building products for pharma marketing and advertising needs.
  • Experience leading high-level customer conversations for discovery and sales support.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, CS, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed healthcare environments.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate productivity and product development.
