What you will do
- Own the product strategy, KPIs, and roadmap for the Automations product pod.
- Translate complex, multi-step healthcare operational workflows into agentic product experiences.
- Partner with Engineering, SMEs, and Operations to deliver high-leverage automation opportunities.
- Derive actionable user insights through quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Define and run cross-functional processes to test and refine how agentic systems anticipate user needs.
- Ship fast, reliable features that balance operational efficiency with human-centered design.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in product management within technical environments.
- Must possess strong technical fluency to collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
- Proven interest or experience working with automation, agentic workflows, or AI-driven products.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-moving, 0-to-1, and ambiguous environments.
- Strong educational background or hands-on experience with technical product foundations.
Nice to have
- Experience working in healthcare or other complex regulated domains.
- Background in early-stage startups (Series B or earlier).
- Experience designing intelligent workflow products.
