What you will do

• Grow hirify.global's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute community engagement playbooks for each platform.
• Build and manage active, trusted subreddits.
• Create scalable content strategies that maintain authenticity using AI tools.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track key metrics including sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer categories.
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to write authentic, platform-native content that avoids corporate jargon.
• Strategic mindset focused on building systems and long-term trust.
