What you will do

• Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword maintenance and bid adjustments.
• Execute affiliate and aggregator operations, managing creative assets and onboarding for partners like LendingTree and NerdWallet.
• Monitor daily performance and flag anomalies in CPL, conversion rates, and attribution.
• Coordinate creative production and maintain the affiliate asset library.
• Handle monthly affiliate vendor billing reconciliation and budget tracking.
• Ensure UTM governance and pixel tagging accuracy in coordination with the analytics team.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Direct execution experience in Google Ads (required) and affiliate channel management.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google/Microsoft Ads UI.
• Solid understanding of UTM parameters and pixel-based attribution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
