What you will do

• Manage $100M+ annual ad spend across paid channels with accountability for CAC, LTV, and revenue growth.
• Scale and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and affiliates.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to refine ad concepts and conversion paths.
• Develop a rigorous experimentation engine for audiences, bidding, and funnel structures.
• Maintain performance reporting systems for forecasting and budget allocation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in consumer tech or fintech.
• Proven track record of managing budgets between $50M and $100M+.
• Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Google, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills in attribution and performance modeling.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Experience with both web and mobile app buying.
• Background in trading, fintech, or financial products.
