What you will do

• Own the look and feel of new product experiences across the hiring workflow, from initial sketches to final interfaces.
• Design transparent, trustworthy interfaces for AI agents and conversational recruiting workflows.
• Create fast, high-fidelity prototypes to validate or eliminate product ideas before development.
• Own product areas end-to-end, from problem definition through rollout, in close partnership with engineering.
• Define how AI products look, feel, and behave in real customer workflows.
• Raise the bar for product craft, execution, interaction quality, and product judgment.

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping complex products in fast-moving software environments.
• Deep product design expertise across interaction design, visual craft, and systems thinking.
• A strong point of view on product quality and the ability to explain design decisions.
• Interest in ownership, ambiguity, and close collaboration with engineering, product, and customers.
• Willingness to work in person in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with rich, interactive, information-dense interfaces.
• Experience with design systems, real-time collaboration, or other complex interaction problems.
• Experience designing AI-native interfaces, including agent interactions, streaming states, and conversational loading states.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong craft and the reasoning behind design decisions.
• Startup or scale-up experience with rapid iteration and broad ownership.
