What you will do

• Design and build new product experiences across the hiring workflow from first sketch to shipped pixels.
• Create interfaces that make AI agents feel transparent, trustworthy, and genuinely like a coworker.
• Develop fast prototypes in Figma, code, or other tools to validate ideas quickly.
• Establish and maintain the craft bar for the product, including motion, density, and hierarchy.
• Own and ship meaningful product areas end-to-end, from problem definition through rollout.

Requirements

• Experience shipping beautiful, complex products in fast-moving software environments.
• Ability to design and bring ideas to life using Figma, code, or both.
• Strong point of view on product design and obsession with pixels and motion.
• Comfort with ownership and ambiguity while working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and customers.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with rich, interactive frontends and hard interaction problems.
• Knowledge of AI-native interfaces, including agent interactions and streaming/loading states.
• Portfolio demonstrating a deep obsession with craft.
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
