What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term product design vision across a complex, multi-product ecosystem.
• Drive the evolution, governance, and adoption of a shared design system to improve consistency and speed of execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organization of designers and design managers through hiring and coaching.
• Partner with senior leadership in Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM to align on strategy and roadmaps.
• Guide discovery, research, and experimentation to optimize SaaS metrics such as activation, retention, and conversion.
• Champion the design of intelligent, trustworthy AI-powered workflows aligned with customer goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in product design or UX, including 5+ years in design leadership managing teams.
• Proven experience leading design for large-scale B2B SaaS platforms or multi-product ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling design systems across multiple teams and product surfaces.
• Strong business acumen with fluency in key SaaS metrics (activation, retention, conversion, LTV).
• Excellent executive storytelling and communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
