Location: Lehi, Utah
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 OTE (base salary range in Utah)

What you will do
- Set demo appointments for the Account Executive team with top franchise and corporate groups.
- Reach out to key decision makers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn using Outreach.
- Research, develop, and organize accounts using tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and execute a prospecting plan in partnership with the Account Executive for an assigned book of business.
- Support newer members of the Outbound ADR team through shadowing and coaching.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant sales development experience.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition, handle difficult questions, and generate engagement with decision makers.
- Experience building business cases and driving buy-in internally and externally.
- Ability to work onsite in the office five days a week.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
