Salary: $192,000 - $306,000 USD

What you will do

• Coordinate compute fleet scale-up programs and consolidate governance policies.
• Lead unified storage strategy balancing cost, compliance, and researcher workflows.
• Define metrics and observability frameworks to improve cluster utilization.
• Manage ML software platform vendor relationships and measure return on investment.
• Develop data-driven researcher support and user experience programs.
• Define and build the evaluation leaderboard system for AI models.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in technology or infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading multi-workstream platform programs across distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills to turn technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
• Ability to drive accountability without direct authority across engineering and research stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level documentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in AI/ML research or infrastructure organizations.
• Familiarity with compute infrastructure, storage architecture, and observability tooling.
• Experience managing strategic vendor relationships.
• Experience standing up support or user-feedback programs in technical environments.
