What you will do

• Partner with leadership to develop programs that improve hirify.global Service processes and infrastructure.
• Coordinate project schedules and strategies across functional teams including Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing.
• Conduct end-to-end process modelling to optimize efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
• Oversee the implementation of AI tools and systems to enhance operational performance.
• Manage program project plans, track critical metrics, and handle scope, schedule, and budget reporting.
• Lead and manage a small team of 2-3 people as well as cross-functional subject matter experts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree (or 3 years with a master's degree).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and quality control methodologies such as DMAIC or Six Sigma.
• Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in service delivery for capital equipment.
• Proficiency with AI/LLM tools.
• Exposure to Enterprise Systems like SAP and ECO management.
