What you will do

• Lead NPI projects with Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, volume manufacturing, and contract manufacturing partners.
• Build and control project plans (scope, WBS, schedule, cost, risks), track progress, and manage trade-offs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues when needed, and support timely decision-making.
• Drive DFx and production transfer readiness across compliance/safety, quality, manufacturing, test, assembly, and cost.
• Oversee prototype and pilot builds and manage product transfer to contract manufacturing partners.
• Run phase-gate reviews, communicate status to stakeholders, and influence effectively in matrix organizations.

Requirements

• Location: On-site in San Jose, CA, US
• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex technical projects.
• Proficiency in risk management, schedule development, critical path analysis, resource planning, and cost control.
• Comfort leading global, multi-site teams and influencing across matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical and systematic root-cause analysis; training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DFSS, or similar continuous improvement disciplines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and information synthesis skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in semiconductor and/or ATE industry; familiarity with hirify.global product family.
• New Product Introduction, process or manufacturing engineering, and DFx experience.
