Salary: $110,250–165,375 per year

What you will do
- Lead Hoshin Kanri strategy deployment and adoption on the shopfloor for San Diego and Korea factories, translating leadership priorities into factory goals, KPIs, and critical initiatives via Hoshin Kanri and catch ball.
- Facilitate Hoshin Kanri strategy sessions and structured problem solving; run workshops with factory leadership and own the monthly operating mechanism to track initiatives, escalate blockers, and ensure closure.
- Own 1–2 cross-functional transformation/breakthrough initiatives end-to-end, defining problems, structuring approaches, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable business impact.
- Drive operational excellence maturity by defining standards, conducting assessments, identifying gaps, and improving how strategy execution links goals to results.
- Scale and standardize the operating system across sites and coach leaders on system-level thinking, performance management, and business tradeoffs.
- Apply strong financial and business judgment to evaluate initiatives and clearly communicate tradeoffs, impact, and priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Operational Excellence related roles in manufacturing.
- At least 5 years focused on strategy deployment and driving enterprise-level projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or other lean certificates strongly preferred; PMP certification strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills: ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking with ability to translate strategy into practical real-world execution.
