What you will do

• Manage the selection process for new Manufacturing Partners (MP) for hirify.global Commercial.
• Own RFQ documentation and drive Master Service Agreement (MSA) completion with selected partners.
• Align with Demand and Planning on manufacturing ramp and supply capability, including proactive communication of lead-time impacts to the Plan of Record.
• Plan key development build activities (DVT, PVT) with the engineering team.
• Run detailed program management for MP bring-up, including development builds and testing required for certification.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, including direct management of third parties (CM/JDM/OEM) for hardware products.
• Program management experience bringing up new manufacturing via NPI or new manufacturing locations/partners.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Startup experience desired.
