Salary: $140,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple infrastructure operations and technical projects for enterprise IT environments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders regarding project status and service delivery.
• Oversee operational management of cloud services, servers, storage, networking, and identity management.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using hybrid (Agile/Traditional) methodologies.
• Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track operational metrics.
• Create executive-level reporting and dashboards using Power BI.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must work onsite in Washington D.C., 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing infrastructure operations or technical projects.
• PMP certification is required.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience supporting Department of Justice (DOJ) or other Federal civilian agencies.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture initiatives.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience.
