What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client engagement and serve as the primary point of contact for programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Consult on product solutions and best practices to help clients exceed their marketing goals.
- Oversee account operations, including troubleshooting issues and initial account set-up.
- Develop data-driven insights to guide KPI strategy and conduct performance review meetings.
- Create post-campaign analyses, quarterly business reviews, and handle month-end billing reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to implement media and creative strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical account management role.
- Proven ability to act as a client-facing lead driving communication and outcomes across teams.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Technically savvy with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
