What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical lead for EMEA publisher accounts on SpringServe platforms.
• Onboard new clients and collaborate to design their optimal platform setup.
• Provide deep-dive troubleshooting for complex technical issues to ensure client success.
• Manage day-to-day technical relationships and long-term satisfaction for major CTV clients.
• Partner with local revenue and sales teams on strategic pitches and technical demos.
• Educate and train clients on platform functionality and programmatic operations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Ad Tech.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising (CTV/Streaming, SSPs, DSPs, Ad Servers).
• Advanced analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of client problems.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in German.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Pandas.
• Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude Code).
