TL;DR

Sales Executive (AdTech): Leading commercial strategy and revenue growth across PMP and Direct channels for a community-focused web technology platform with an accent on agency partnerships and programmatic ecosystem. Focus on developing high-impact partnerships, optimizing sales cycles using AI tools, and delivering tailored strategic recommendations to publishers.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week remote). Company has offices in New York City, London, Paris, San Diego, Toronto, and Tel Aviv.

What you will do

  • Develop pipeline and revenue across PMP (Private Marketplace) and Direct channels.
  • Secure high-impact partnerships with agencies (WPP, Publicis) and direct advertisers.
  • Contribute to strategic pricing, positioning, and the launch of new technical solutions.
  • Monitor competitors and collaborate with Product teams to evolve Native, Social, Video, and Programmatic offerings.
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored, innovative strategic recommendations.
  • Manage sales forecasts and track activity through Salesforce and Salesloft.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a business or media school.
  • Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and an established professional network.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Salesloft, and AI productivity tools like Gemini or Claude.
  • Strong persuasive abilities, listening skills, and resilience.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to extract strategic insights for clients.
