What you will do
- Manage and strengthen accounts by ensuring the stability of existing relationships and monitoring account health for potential risks or growth opportunities.
- Engage senior stakeholders by building strong relationships with decision-makers and engaging in strategic discussions to understand their needs and business goals.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company while aligning with client objectives.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by leveraging a deep understanding of client goals and needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical services, and support, to ensure seamless execution of solutions and drive client success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Consulting, leading large enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of account planning and leveraging an ecosystem, including partners, internal stakeholders, and executives, to meet objectives.
- Martech | Adtech | Search knowledge is a plus.
- Subject matter expert in understanding the complex needs of IT and Marketing buyers and leveraging that knowledge to build strong business relationships with executives.
- Outstanding ability to use written and communication skills to demonstrate SaaS investment value/ROI.
- Must be a professional enterprise seller with a proven history of hitting and exceeding quota.
- Fluency in English.
