What you will do

  • Drive new business growth through proactive outbound outreach to agency and brand partners
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to create long-term revenue opportunities
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial conversation through to closing business
  • Collaborate on high-impact pitches and proposals to solve client challenges
  • Re-engage lapsed customers to uncover new areas for growth
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data using CRM systems following structured sales frameworks like MEDDIC

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within media or advertising
  • Strong prospecting skills and confidence in outbound outreach
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Interest in digital advertising and programmatic media
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must be based in England

Nice to have

  • Exposure to MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies
