Location: Remote (USA), based in Dallas, TX. This role requires significant travel (50–75%) across BHG markets and partnership locations.

What you will do
- Identify and pursue high-value strategic partnerships with health systems, hospitals, emergency departments, and government agencies to generate patient referral volume.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, referral arrangements, and collaborative growth initiatives.
- Establish and manage relationships with drug courts, probation departments, correctional facilities, and managed care organizations.
- Develop market-specific strategies to increase awareness of BHG services and improve patient admission flow.
- Collaborate with Regional Operations, Clinical, and Marketing leadership to align partnership efforts with enterprise growth objectives.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, provider relations, or growth leadership.
- Proven track record of building executive-level relationships and generating measurable business growth.
- Expertise in negotiating and managing complex partnership relationships.
- Strong communication and executive presence for high-level external representation.
- Ability to operate independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or multi-site healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes, public-sector contracting, and RFP/RFQ opportunities.
- Familiarity with value-based care and behavioral health ecosystems.
