What you will do

• Lead tax due diligence and structuring for acquisitions, dispositions, and new development opportunities.
• Partner with M&A, finance, and business development teams to evaluate tax consequences of business initiatives.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies while researching complex technical tax issues.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on business operations.
• Collaborate with tax accounting and compliance teams to identify risks and opportunities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure high-quality tax support.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or large corporate tax department.
• Advanced understanding of US federal and international tax rules (Sub C, NCTI/Subpart F).
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and technical writing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify employer).
• BS in Accounting, CPA, MST, or LLM strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
