What you will do

• Analyze business initiatives to evaluate tax consequences and develop transaction structuring alternatives.
• Support the implementation of tax planning strategies through technical research and documentation.
• Collaborate with tax accounting and compliance teams to identify risks and opportunities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors on complex tax matters.
• Draft technical tax memoranda and prepare presentations for internal communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of international tax or planning experience in a public accounting firm, law firm, or multinational corporation.
• CPA or JD required; Masters in Tax or LLM preferred.
• Proven experience with international tax compliance and ASC 740.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and review complex financial models.
• Excellent research and communication skills for technical documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
