What you will do

• Lead quarterly and annual tax provisioning processes under US GAAP (ASC 740).
• Own the preparation and review of US federal corporate income tax returns.
• Manage effective tax rate analysis, deferred tax calculations, and valuation allowances.
• Oversee PFIC analysis, E&P calculations, and complex cross-border tax positions.
• Coordinate with external advisors and global tax teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Strengthen tax reporting processes, internal controls, and leverage tax technology for efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience focusing on tax provision (ASC 740) and US federal tax compliance.
• CPA or equivalent U.S. professional qualification required.
• Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting and statutory tax provisions.
• Experience with business combinations, asset acquisitions, and purchase price accounting.
• High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and tax provisioning software.
• Must be based in New York.
