What you will do

• Prepare and file corporate, VAT, and indirect tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage tax audits, reviews, and interactions with tax authorities, coordinating with third-party specialists.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions and financial statement disclosures in compliance with US GAAP.
• Develop and manage transfer pricing policies and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks while monitoring changes in international tax legislation.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to assess tax implications for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA or advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, including international tax matters and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, as well as international tax treaties.
• Proven experience with transfer pricing regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Netsuite and PowerBI.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify employer).
