Location: Must be based in the US

Compensation: $210,000 – $235,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead all recruiting operations, owning process design, SLAs, and operational standards for the full hiring lifecycle.
  • Optimize the TA technology stack, ensuring data integrity and driving continuous improvement across all systems.
  • Manage TA vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance management, and budget accountability.
  • Build and scale proactive sourcing capabilities, including the integration of offshore sourcing teams.
  • Develop recruiter and hiring manager enablement programs, including training, playbooks, and toolkits.
  • Define TA analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant leadership in operations, systems, or enablement.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling TA infrastructure in a high-growth, distributed environment.
  • Deep familiarity with the TA technology landscape and experience owning an ATS.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to translate metrics into strategic business decisions.
  • Strong operator mindset with experience building cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, and HR.
  • Must be based in the US to be eligible for this role.
