Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market teams.
• Strong network within the enterprise technology sector.
• Experience in executive search, compensation benchmarking, and assessment.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with Founders and CEOs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
