What you will do

  • Define and own the global early career recruiting strategy across internship programs, new grad hiring, and early-in-career pipelines.
  • Manage and develop early career recruiters, setting expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
  • Advise business leaders with market intelligence, early career compensation insights, and a point of view on emerging talent.
  • Lead adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation across sourcing, assessment, and closing.
  • Design and continuously improve internship and early-in-career programs, processes, and infrastructure (conversion strategy, offer frameworks, intern-to-FTE pipelines).
  • Own early career metrics (conversion rates, quality of hire, source mix, time to offer) and use them to drive decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting leadership experience focused on early career hiring (university recruiting, internship programs, new graduate pipelines).
  • Proven track record building and scaling early career teams and programs in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical instincts using data to drive decisions (conversion rates, funnel health, program ROI, team performance).
  • Credibility with senior leaders to influence program investment and hiring decisions.
  • Genuine AI-first orientation with experience driving adoption of AI-enabled workflows (not just using tools).
  • Deep knowledge of early career compensation trends and talent market dynamics, including partnership models with universities and bootcamps.
