What you will do

• Manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to standard processes.
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to receive and execute assignments.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and interviews with insured parties and adjusters.
• Capture comprehensive inventory data and photos of home or business contents.
• Complete administrative reports within 24 hours of inventory capture.
• Maintain professional customer relations with adjusters and policyholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pennsylvania and possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to perform daily local and overnight travel to site locations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision.
