Field Claim Representative (Insurance)

Location: Virtual Pennsylvania, with onsite field visits, daily local and overnight travel

What you will do

• Conduct onsite insurance property claim inventory assignments according to field inventory and safety procedures.
• Meet with insured parties, adjusters, public adjusters, and restoration companies at claim locations.
• Walk through homes and businesses, interview insured parties, and photograph each room.
• Independently capture a complete inventory of total-loss contents.
• Coordinate scheduled assignments with the Scheduling team and communicate operational issues to Field and Service Managers.
• Complete reports and administrative duties within 24 hours of inventory capture.

Requirements

• Experience or skills in problem solving, project management, analysis, organization, writing, and communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision and maintain customer service standards.
• Ability to travel to claim sites, including daily local and overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle available for work use.

• Property and Casualty claims experience.
