What you will do

• Issue Package, Commercial Marine, and Umbrella/Bumbershoot policies based on underwriting proposals.
• Manage policy lifecycles, including processing cancellations and reinstatements within 24 hours.
• Support underwriters with rating, quote development, and file management for new and renewal business.
• Validate policy issuance against approved quotes and instructions to ensure quality and consistency.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for brokers regarding policy inquiries, endorsements, and billing.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with brokers to support long-term business partnerships.

Requirements

• Must be based in Connecticut or able to work within the specified remote location.
• Minimum of one year of experience in insurance, underwriting support, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
