Salary: $45,300 – $62,300 per year (based on $21.78–$29.95/hour + 5% incentive).

What you will do

• Assist with insurance renewals by gathering, reviewing, and updating client information.
• Process policy endorsements and modifications while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Perform quality control reviews on renewals and endorsements for compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to resolve inquiries.
• Monitor and process incoming work within resource mailboxes and workflows.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to research and complete transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in underwriting support preferred.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
