What you will do

• Analyze and research claim issues of moderate to complex difficulty.
• Review and apply policy provisions to determine claim approval or denial.
• Request and obtain necessary documentation for claim consideration.
• Release accurate benefit payments in accordance with industry standards and SLA agreements.
• Maintain proper documentation of claim information in the system.
• Handle inbound calls within assigned queues or as overflow support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to function independently within established guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
