TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Healthcare): Driving new business partnerships with healthcare organizations through strategic outbound prospecting and research with an accent on high-volume cold outreach and lead qualification. Focus on navigating complex organizational structures in hospitals and private practices to secure qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL (occasional in-person)

Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Execute strategic outbound outreach campaigns via cold calls, targeted emails, and personalized LinkedIn messaging.
  • Conduct deep research on target accounts and healthcare market trends to tailor messaging for senior leaders.
  • Manage prospect lists and track daily KPIs using Salesforce CRM and Outreach.io.
  • Maintain data integrity through continuous lead validation and contact information enrichment.
  • Collaborate with regional sales members and cross-departmental teams to optimize strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Comfort executing high-volume cold outreach to senior healthcare executives (Director, VP level and above).
  • Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Tampa, FL for a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in cold outreach, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach.io.
  • Background, education, or experience in healthcare environments (PT/OT/SLP, nursing, administration).
  • Demonstrated experience through campus leadership, athletics, or fundraising.
