What you will do
- Design, simulate, and implement internally developed software-defined radio hardware.
- Perform hardware bringup and debugging in the lab using high-end instrumentation.
- Develop code to evaluate performance and automate testing of satellite hardware.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate radio systems into the spacecraft.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status required for export compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to personally design, build, and test PCBA hardware from scratch.
- Solid foundation in analog, digital, mixed-signal, or RF design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with software-defined radios.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer or similar PCB software.
- Experience with analysis tools like ADS, ANSYS, or Matlab.
- Programming skills in Python.
- Experience with soldering, rework, and EE lab bench equipment.
