What you will do

• Define, design, and verify digital electronics and FPGA-based systems.
• Determine architecture, perform system simulations, and define module interfaces.
• Evaluate process flows including synthesis, place and route, timing, and power utilization.
• Create test plans and validate performance on target hardware.
• Lead inter-disciplinary design efforts and collaborate with systems and software engineering teams.
• Reverse engineer existing designs to update functionality for new requirements.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Solid proficiency in circuit card design and FPGA development.
• Understanding of System-On-Chip (SoC) design with embedded processors.
• Ability to work onsite in Manassas, VA.

• Experience with application programming on embedded processors.
