What you will do

• Translate abstract business needs into actionable, prioritized requirements through end-to-end discovery.
• Cultivate partnerships across Global Customer Services, Support Operations, and Compliance to ensure project scalability.
• Maintain accountability for project timelines and hold cross-functional partners to deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks by mapping complex dependencies across Enterprise Technology and Global Operations.
• Generate weekly status updates and maintain rigorous project documentation in Airtable.
• Coordinate launch synchronization between technical releases and business-facing enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project, Program, or Delivery Management in a technology or operations environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical constraints into business tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including BRD and UAT.
• Advanced proficiency in project tracking tools such as Airtable, Jira, or Asana.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Global Customer Services, Support Operations, or Onboarding & Compliance.
• PMP or other relevant program management certification.
