What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise customers, including instrument connectivity and data pipeline configuration.
• Navigate complex enterprise environments including IT security, validation, and procurement to ensure go-live milestones are met ahead of schedule.
• Lead project kick-offs, milestone tracking, and resource planning across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customer stakeholders including Lab IT and scientific leads.
• Partner with internal teams to quantify scientific outcomes and build value realization stories for senior budget owners.
• Actively develop expansion pipelines and advise on account strategy based on delivery intelligence.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in management consulting, enterprise SaaS delivery, or life sciences commercial program management.
• 2-4+ years of life sciences laboratory research experience with deep familiarity with laboratory workflows and data.
• Advanced degree in life science, chemistry, or engineering preferred.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority in complex political environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Smartsheet and familiarity with agile/waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to travel to customer sites routinely (baseline expectation 1x weekly).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
