What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise customers, including data pipeline configuration and scientific use case enablement.
• Navigate complex enterprise environments, including IT security, validation, and procurement, to proactively clear blockers.
• Lead project kick-offs, milestone tracking, and resource planning across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customer stakeholders, including Lab IT and scientific leads.
• Partner with internal teams to quantify scientific outcomes and build the customer's value realization story.
• Actively develop expansion pipelines and advise on account strategy based on delivery intelligence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 5-7+ years in management consulting, enterprise SaaS delivery, or life sciences commercial program management.
• 2-4+ years of life sciences laboratory research experience with deep familiarity with laboratory workflows and data.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority in complex political environments.
• Fluency with scientific data concepts, including file formats, instrument connectivity, and data harmonization.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Smartsheet and experience with agile/waterfall methodologies.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a life science, chemistry, or engineering discipline.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience building and utilizing AI tools to automate operational workflows.
