What you will do

• Engage with healthcare clients (SAs, VPs, Directors) to evangelize hirify.global solutions and provide domain expertise.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, architecture design discussions, PoCs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Analyze customer business and technology objectives through probing questions to enable effective sales responses.
• Craft and propose custom solutions that differentiate hirify.global software and services to meet customer requirements.
• Serve as an advisory team leader, collaborating with domain authorities and analyzing industry trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux, and ChromeOS management (Workspace ONE preferred).
• Proficiency in server administration (Windows Web Server, Active Directory, Okta, and Entra ID).
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Design.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience (EMRs, Security, Administration, End User Computing).
• Background in Desktop Virtualization (VMware vSphere, hirify.global Horizon, Citrix, Microsoft RDS).
• Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Proven track record with mobile technologies from AirWatch, MobileIron, Microsoft, or Citrix.
