What you will do

• Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of Professional Service Technical Architects in a player-coach model.
• Act as the primary customer liaison to ensure success throughout the engagement life cycle.
• Oversee professional services billings, revenue, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform governance and audits of technical architecture designs and deliverables.
• Drive the evolution of the Technical Architecture practice and continuous process improvements.
• Manage project dynamics, change management, and escalations across multiple customer workstreams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and 5+ years in design and consulting for external customers.
• Expertise in SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
