Senior Manager, Technical Architecture (Identity & Access Management)

Location: Remote role associated with Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; San Francisco, California; and Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Travel of up to 50% is required.

Annual OTE: $233,000–$320,100 USD for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington. Additional ranges are listed for other US locations and Canada.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, develop, and retain a team of Professional Services Technical Architects.
• Mentor team members and support their technical, professional, and career growth.
• Act as the primary customer liaison throughout the engagement lifecycle and manage project budgets.
• Oversee professional services billings, revenue, customer satisfaction, resource planning, utilization, and capacity.
• Govern Technical Architecture designs and deliverables, including audits and quality standards.
• Manage escalations, change dynamics, process improvement, and multiple customer workstreams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and 5+ years designing, consulting on, and delivering solutions to external customers.
• Expertise with SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
• Experience with process improvement, planning, analysis, decision-making, standards development, and multi-engagement management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; travel availability of up to 50%.

• Auth0 Certified or Okta Certified Consultant certification.
• CISSP certification.
