Location: Remote (Residence in the US Northeast states is preferred; 25% travel within the US required)

Salary: $116,900 - $197,083.60 (Base)

What you will do

• Collaborate with direct and channel sales teams to drive the sales process for strategic accounts.
• Discover customer requirements and align hirify.global's technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and lead Proof of Value (POV) evaluations.
• Author technical responses for RFPs in coordination with the internal response team.
• Provide critical feedback to Product Management to drive product enhancements.
• Communicate value propositions to stakeholders across HR, Finance, risk management, and legal.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional pre-sales experience in B2B enterprise software.
• Working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories.
• Proficiency in modern SaaS architecture.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience with Identity, Governance, and Access Management (IGA/IAM) solutions.
• Residence in the US Northeast is preferred.
