What you will do

• Design and configure complex workflows in Epic Prelude, Referrals, EMPA, and RTE.
• Architect integrated solutions to streamline patient access and improve organizational efficiency.
• Optimize the digital patient experience using Epic MyChart or custom healthcare portals.
• Design enterprise-scale solutions leveraging AI, LLMs, AI agents, and automation platforms like UiPath.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across various hirify.global departments to ensure project consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience (including 5 years technical and 3 years leadership).
• 3 or more active Epic Certifications or relevant AI certifications required.
• Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and ML lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of designing solutions using automation platforms (UiPath preferred).
• Must reside in the US; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfers.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in an applicable field.
